Hello, my name is Melanie Reineke, founder of Insight HR – We grow People!. Throughout my career, I have repeatedly observed one thing: companies that fail because they underestimate the importance of their employees. They see HR as a purely administrative burden rather than the strategic lever that it is. With Insight HR, I want to close this gap. My mission is to show small and medium-sized companies how a targeted HR strategy drives growth, increases productivity, and attracts and retains the best talent. It's about more than just employee retention—it's about designing a human resources strategy that directly contributes to the success of the company. After all, a company is only as strong as the people who make it up.

My vision is to rethink human resources work without throwing proven foundations overboard. I am convinced that the best solutions often lie not in complete reinvention, but in a deep understanding of what is already there. That's why I focus on personal exchange and listening carefully to find the greatest potential in existing processes and strengthen them strategically.

We support startups, growing medium-sized companies, and international corporations in developing HR structures, leadership, and communication. What makes us special? We don't work according to a cookie-cutter approach, but rather consider each company individually. Insight HR wurde gegründet, um Unternehmen bei der Bewältigung komplexer HR-Herausforderungen zu unterstützen. Als Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführungen, HR-Abteilungen und Führungskräfte biete ich individuelle Beratungslösungen, Interimsmanagement, operative Unterstützung sowie Impulse für Transformation, Kulturarbeit und interne Kommunikation. Die primären Zielgruppen sind insbesondere Unternehmen, die sich gerade gründen oder kürzlich gegründet haben, Unternehmen im Aufbau, die noch keine oder eine unausgewogene HR-Abteilung integriert haben und Unternehmen, die sich im Wandel befinden und ihr Augenmerk auf Weiterentwicklung der Manager und Etablierung einer starken HR-Abteilung legen. Weiterhin unterstütze ich auch Unternehmen, die sich in einem Um- bzw. Restrukturierungsprozess befinden. 

Another target group, closely related to the first, is international companies that want to establish either a branch office or their own entity in Germany from abroad. Here, the advantage lies in the founder's experience working with several international companies. 

We work alongside companies as equals to develop modern people strategies that make economic sense and are valuable to people, creating a working environment where people can work effectively, healthily, and happily.
